This spring, TBT is challenging anyone and everyone to take up at least one of our offered challenges. Each month, we’ll offer new different challenges.

The ladies over at Raw Food Boot Camp are doing these same challenges as they learn to beat their fat brains so once their weight is gone, it is gone forever.
- Stop Eating The Moment You Feel the Smallest Amount of Full
- Watch 1 Video a Day or do research that Motivates you to Exercise or Stay on Whole Foods
- Walk a Minimum of 10 Minutes Every Day
- No processed food, just Whole or Raw Food Every Day
- Drink Only Water, Plain Tea, or Black Coffee Daily
- Do 20 Squats Daily
