Describe your Habit and Track Your Progress on Breaking or Making it After my dinner, have some tea and tally up my day’s food.  Then brush my teeth and settle in to read.  Some “hunger” will arise but I know I have had enough food for the day and that I just used to do this for entertainment.  It made me full stuffed, uncomfortable and negatively effected my sleep.
