Programs Starting on May 4th

 

Carlene’s Recommendation for doing her Programs

All programs start on the first Monday of each month. If you miss a start, you can’t join until the following month.

Are you new to working with Carlene? If so, try your first month working with her for free. On the payment page just add the coupon code: NEWBIE 

All fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and there are no rainchecks. If you join a group and it doesn’t get its 5 minimum participants you will have the choice or joining a different group or of receiving a full-refund.

My main goal is to help women change their lives by increasing their faith in themselves. By accepting themselves for who they are and to understand their real goals and dreams. I am not a guru of anything nor do I promote spiritual beliefs. I just want you to discover the you you know you are deep down.

Experience has taught me that while everyone wants to be thin, healthy and happy, they can’t seem to get there and stay there. There is this mental attitude that dieting is a temporary setback in life and when dieting you are just working hard to get back to the foods you miss.

My goal for TBT is to get you to the point where being thin, healthy and happy is just part of who you are. That you eat and exercise the way you do because it makes you feel good about yourself.

That is a huge shift in our thinking and it takes work. You really have to want to be done with dieting and move into living life to create the best you possible.

If you’re not ready for dieting, the Becoming the Me I Want to Be is the program for you.

If you have to drop 40-50 lbs first and fast before being able to learn the right way to manage food in your life, then you can do the Fast Weight Loss like RFBC program.  But only for 3 months. After that to work with me it will be time to work on your Thin Brain instead of fighting your Fat Brain in the Thin, Healthy & Happy program.

If you’re tired of the constant extreme dieting and just want to let the weight come off without all the struggle and tons of exercise, join the Thin, Healthy and Happy program (aka Hybrid TBT/RFBC program).

I don’t want you to rely on me and my programs for life. I want you to learn to take control and make the changes needed to live a happy life and manage your food and diet based on your body and psyche’s need.

Below is what I am offering in May of 2020. If you are ready to work on yourself, then figure out which program works for you.

Becoming the Me I Want to Be

This program has been running since November of 2019 and the women in it, have been there since then. But it’s time to get a new group going. A fresh group.

The women currently in this program are women like many of you who had success over at RFBC, but couldn’t maintain it. While in their heads they want to lose the weight again, it isn’t in their hearts. All that effort, deprivation, struggle.

They chose to do this program with me and see if it would help them change their hearts. It did in so many ways. They want to drop weight, but they are liking the women they have become. They will lose weight in their own time. For now, they are just working on themselves and as someone watching from the outside, I can tell you, these marvelous women have changed at the core well beyond my and their expectations.

This program has changed my life as well.  I love living happy and finding joy in so much of my day to day life.

What you get:
  • Daily Audios Monday thru Friday

What you hope to accomplish within 3 months of this program:
  • Self-esteem
  • Balanced moods
  • Personal Responsibility
  • Ability to bounce back after a fall
  • Ability to make choices on what best takes you on your path to becoming the best you possible
  • Learn to not take things personally
  • Learn to stop negative self-talk
  • Learn to leave past pains and hurts behind as you move forward toward the you you want to be
  • Learn to manage stress, worry, and anxiety without food
What we do to acquire these goals
  • We identify the woman we feel we are meant/want to be and set simple small term goals to pave a path to her
  • We individually and privately meditate/pray daily to center ourselves and focus on our future and present goals (this is optional but highly recommended)
  • We forgive ourselves and others just to ourselves so we can move on without feeling frustration, anger, shame or guilt
  • We daily say affirmations about ourselves to remind us what great women we are so we can build our self-esteem and confidence which is essential in moving forward
  • We identify the chains that bind us from our past. No psychoanalyzing or deep diving, but realizing that taking that pain forward only binds us so we acknowledge they are there, they are valid, and we drop them. We don’t forget them or even forgive those who put them on us, we just move forward without their bindings.

Plan on staying 3 months in this program for true longterm results. No change happens overnight. It takes practice, work, and the desire for change.

This program has nothing to do with weight loss although many of the women drop weight naturally as eating healthy just fits in with becoming the women we want to be.

Thin, Healthy & Happy

This is the program to do if you want to lose weight for life, by learning truths about you and your relationship to food and dieting. It’s about using the best tools for you to lose weight without the big struggle and sense of deprivation. This is what we did in the Hybrid program and the woman who stuck with it ended up loving it. They chose their diet and exercise. They made the decisions of balancing desired weight loss with a program they could sustain without always wanting to break it.

After your first month on this program you will be able to move to our Continuing program. Your diet will be settled and daily we will work on the changes needed to make the lifelong changes necessary to remove the cycle of gain/lose from your life forever.

This is meant to be a 3-month long program. After that, if you are ready you will be able to join a once a week check-in with Carlene program.

Carlene’s goal for this program is for you to learn to manage your life and food so you don’t need to be in any dieting program.

What you get:
  • Daily Audios Monday thru Friday

What you hope to accomplish within 3 months of this program:
  • Finding a diet and exercise plan you can live on for life then tweaking it for weight loss.
  • Lose between 2 and 15 lbs a month based on your chosen plan.
  • Ability to bounce back after a fall
  • Ability to make choices on what best takes you on your path to becoming the best you possible
  • Learn to not take things personally
  • Learn to stop negative self-talk
  • Learn to manage stress, worry, and anxiety without food
What we do to acquire these goals
  • We work to discover the true obstacles that keep us from succeeding long term.
  • We expose excuses and come up with ways to avoid them.
  • We learn to manage food’s role in our lives and see our weight as just one aspect of our lives with as much importance as everything else.
  • We learn to not obsess over food.
  • We learn to not eat over emotions.
  • We work to deal with stress, worry, frustration and anger without food.
  • We practice overwriting all negativity with positivity
  • We learn to manage portion sizes, learn hungry vs appetite, and with lots of practice become thin brain healthy women.

Full Membership: $99 per month with shared photos, $149 with no photos

Group Only Membership: $39 per month with shared photos, $89 with no photos

This program takes work and a commitment to change. It requires an open mind to accepting the truth about you and food and being willing to live according to what your body and psyche needs to be happy.

Fast Weight Loss RFBC Style

This program is limited to a max of 3 times you can take it over 12 months. Fast weight loss is great, but unless you work on change and rid yourself of old dieting ploys and excuses, the loss is temporary at best.

I asked and many answered they would have liked a metered program where they start with fast weight loss then move to a plan that would fit more naturally into their lives while they worked on building a solid thin brain. This program is offered to fill that initial need for fast weight loss. 

In this program, you will get to choose your diet. Keto or Rawk Starz gives fast healthy weight loss. You must be able to walk 2 hours a day by the second week. Everyone must live within the 1200 calories a day plan. I am not sure what you can really get on a keto diet weight loss wise, but we’ll see. There will be no keto candy bars. You have to make it a healthy diet with some low glycemic load fruits and veggies.

This is more boot campish. You will have to weigh in Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

You must track your food in a nutritional database and report daily to Carlene.

Expectations for this program are 18-30 lbs the first month. 10-15 second and third month. No days off. It’s treated like a part-time job.

Carlene is full-on drill sergeant. There is no try here, it is all do. No excuses. No days off. It’s all in and all on for the full month.

3 months is the limit you can do this program whether you finish the full month or not per a 12 month period. Carlene no longer supports long term fast weight loss. Success comes from change. That is what TBT is about.
